Exchanges Policy
We hope you absolutely love your Fashion Haus items, but if for any reason you would like to exchange your order, please send back within 14 days of receiving.
We are a hand made service therefore only offer credit notes to the value of the original goods. Your unique code will be created and emailed to you within 10 days of us receiving the return. Codes expire after 6 weeks from the date of issue.
We strongly recommend using a tracked service to send your unwanted item, such as Hermes.
Items must be returned back in perfect condition with no make up marks. We reserve the right to refuse returned items that show signs of wear.
